Due to periodontal disease, the teeth were loose and not restorable. We extracted the teeth, placed 6 implants in the upper jaw, and finally restored this smile using a layered Zirconia full arch prosthetic to give this patient a better replacement than the teeth they had! This process took about 9 months, and many try-ins to get an ideal outcome!
